BRAND CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

  • Identified a strategic high impact platform, SpongeBob Operation Sea Change after conducting a deep dive analysis and research on competitive brands, their social impact platforms and NGO partners focused on sustainability who engaged with kids

  • Developed and built a new global franchise vertical and 3 year P&L

  • Created a multi-year brand campaign to launch SpongeBob Sea Change that included partnerships, content, messaging, product extensions, etc.
